Apologies to all - I asked for my original post to be removed as it could have been misinterpreted.

Yes Xman, was just about to post when I saw your question.

I received a prompt reply from Ross this morning, but there was nothing in it that we don't already know. I'd hoped for some clarity on the outstanding conditions by way of an ASX announcement, but he just referred me to the June quarterly in which we were told of a "slight delay". He said that COVID-19 has contributed to the delay. "The parties are continuing to work constructively towards meeting all the Conditions Precedent."

So I guess we'll just have to continue to hurry up and wait.
