Seems like management are banking on IC money coming before the delayed Quarterly is due. Lets hope they are right...
One positive i saw was this:

Thats some big orders. Management previously said they want 1-2 new China partners a year as well. Just shows how big $$ China can be if politics dont come into play.
Lets hope Biden wins the election.
