    I am not sure if that is quite true, and if wrong I do apologize. From my understanding of the accounts the IC payments yet to be received are reported under current assets (receivables) if you look at note 8 of the financials copiedbelow. The IC deal is under Contract unbilled receivables. So if the deal were to fail (I fuking hope not) then this will effect the balance sheet immediately and then operating cash outflow as from my understanding we will still have payments outgoing for the work we have started.
