8.5% is ridiculous and makes me wonder if this is a bit of a "ponzi" and sucking out the value to their mates... brokers, Dixon's etc.
We have a small business and can buy a ute at 2.5% interest, and or you can finance you house at 2.5% currently.... a listed corporate paying 8.5%????
