I am bit dumbfounded now re the turning off of electricity in California in the last 48 hours because air con is running too much; that is, there is a SHORTAGE of electricity in California; so one wonders why prices are down

nothing to do with NEW, but I am really beginning to worry re this market - that is supply, demand and price; seems smoke and mirrors all over the place
