Demand for electricity will be way up. And the price will be way down. That is what worries me about buying plant and equipment based on its income value over the next 5 years only. It could be value. Say the shares are worth 80 cents now. And for five years you get 8 cents a share. Then in 5 years they are revalued at 40 cents (based on electricity price in 5 years). You really have not lost. But you have not gained.
