The explanation seems pretty vanilla in the report, it just says Vocus thinks it is profitable so can continue to trade, even though there is a net deficiency in current assets. There was also a net deficiency in the previous year, increased slightly but not dramatically.

Compared it with TPM, which has a net current asset deficiency of >$350 million (>$150 million deficiency when you compare receivables to payables). Did you look as closely at TPM's report or just at VOC's, or am I missing something here?

I think he is just one of those guys that shits on other companies in the sector in the hope it will somehow profit his choice. VOC face some challenges, but this talk of insolvency is just garbage imo. TPM faces some issues of its own.
