    The announcement on the 6th of August talks about a company called ‘Quantum Crowd’. It is an offshoring company which states that you can reduce your staffing expenses.

    Connecting the dots, I think SMX has used this service to assist with certain aspects of their business while reducing their internal staffing costs or more expensive consultants and other contractors.

    Just my thoughts.
