Also problems arising from questions:
1. No EBITDA guidance
2. no clear answer to the question - will you be -$13 million FCF in second half?
3. the CEO keeps saying he was 'comfortable with consensus'. this should be a good thing i.e. market is getting it right, but instead, he came across as not 100% on top of things as he essentially didn't respond to any questions. he admitted to only being in the position for 3 months.. not sure if others had the same impression, and worried this might be at some level due to bias regarding american (valley?) accents, but I think his casual manner was a bit grating. fine if you're giving positive news, but not if you are telling people essentially you've got no clue.
