Temporary price pop next quarter so management can dump stock, and do a CR with an artificially, temporarily, better looking balance sheet. Solves two problems: PB can cash out before the administration and continue to take his salary out of the CR cash for another few quarters.

Oh, and most importantly, @BH31 can cash out and say “I told you so” to poor dumb old HempCFO.
