You would also do well to pay very close attention to the last paragraph in “Note 1” on “Significant Accounting Policies” where they warn my 13 cents may even be generous in the case they toss in the balance sheet come (my estimate) early November if they deduce yet another CR would not be supported by the market.

I would also argue if “formative years” is the appropriate term for a company that has consistently lost shareholder capital, and repeatedly asked the market for more for so long now.
