My advice to you is to criticise the company for the things it has done and is doing wrong. There are plenty of them. When you criticise everything they do, even when it’s the reasonable or right thing to do, it makes the rest of your points (some of which are very valid) less effective and believable because it makes you look like you have a vendetta or personal agenda.
Very generous of you to grant them an early retirement so they might get a husband. Very humanitarian.
