This is a great announcement, really awesome cash build… licence to print money from here… huge depreciation on the books, and then hedge loss and buy out, at a glance it looks terrible… for novices just watch the cash build going fwd… clever book keeping keeps us from paying tax… rather we will be getting solid tax return for second half.
