I suspect that mgmt tried to imply its material in relation to being an adjacent sector, but as shareholders, we saw that as material revenues (especially when you start quoting the amount of cables etc etc).

I'm speculating, but I suspect if they have just said this is what we have signed, and no reference to material anything, the ASX had no cause to penalise them (it seems a legitimate update to make to the market.......the core of the issue is all of us assuming it will materially lift earnings, and there is no evidence in terms of signed contracts etc with definative numbers that can point to that)
