as you rightly pointed out, they did not mention material in their initial announcement, and going back and rereading it, it seems quite appropriate, however, clearly the ASX did not think so.

perhaps I was being a little harsh on mgmt ; I also have a small holding in 3DP who went into a trading halt on a 'material contract award', and then got called out by the ASX for what I suspect is the lack of any ability to quantify how material and when. ASX has now suspended the stock since last wed as mgmt have not been able to provide anything of substance (at least that what I believe based on mgmt's previous behaviour).....so the moral of the story is that it is not as bad as it could have been albeit 20% down post the positive market reaction when announced
