The way that I am playing this today- bought and sold 3 times- assuming that any bounce today is of the dead cat variety.
The more that a stock falls on a earnings release day- the more attractive it looks- but the more it drops on day one then the more likely than not that it will continue to drop the next day and perhaps a third. Then gradually over a period of time with further cats getting involved here and there. This I believe to be true.
The above is based on my understanding of the Post Earnings Announcement Drift phenomenon.
What I love about this stock is that you only have to be right sometimes.
