A positive from today's earning call was that management indicated that the discussions with the USN or the Request for Equittable Adjustment had been understanding and that the USN had been cooperative in those discussions. If bad news was in the pipeline I doubt that management would have been as upbeat. Reassuring to hear that they consider that matter will be finalised by year's end.
Also reassuring were the solid recruitment numbers for Mobile at 600 new people. That's a great sign the business is considered a good place to work, and will give more reason for the USN to consider Mobile for the second yard contract to build Constellation Frigates.
