I don't understand why you would want to invest with a guy when you have such a low opinion of him. If you're really that upset about what you claim he's said, why would you then want to *start* investing with him? That doesn't seem like a reasonable line of thinking.

I can understand if you were already a holder you might have reasons to believe that despite Dicker's statement it isn't in your best interest to sell, but you seem pretty upset and you're not even a holder. Why start investing with someone when you're not happy with the results, you don't like what the guy has said and you think he's getting old and a massive risk? Seriously, why are you even entertaining it?

Since there's so many things you've identified that you don't like about the stock, I'd recommend going to the eft you were thinking about (not financial advice).
