Man there are some deadsh#t investors in here! They applaud the global acquisitions of QuadPay, Middle Eastern, and European BNPL firms. But then are shocked at the costings of these acquisitions on paper... what did you actually expect, that you'd get it for free... or that the business would magically not have to account for these transaction costs in their reporting??
Please focus on the term 'non-recurring costs' then make assumptions as to how the company is performing from there.
