He knew what he was buying into - so now he needs to do his job over the next 6 -12 months and turn this ship around. Yet as we wait for certain aspects of the business to resolve that are out of their control, there are two things he can do immediately:
1) Buy some shares on market (and please no one bring up excuses about black outs !! There are always windows when Directors are given the thumbs up to buy stock - so when the next one appears he should make an investment with his own hard earned cash)
2) Consolidate this f%$ken mess - I'd be happy with 10:1 but just do it !
