Its not specifically about PNV but its about investing in sales and team members to drive revenue and it reflects across multiple businesses in his portfolio.
The ones that see big growth as a direct result of employment whether they are backend staff for onboarding tech customers or front-end sales staff are the businesses thriving across global markets, but more so in the USA
The US onboarding in PB words was if they are qualified, they employ them.
This from memory is roughly the equation $100k salary = $1 mil in sales @ 90% GP = Gross revenue back to the business of $800k ($100k COGS + Salary $100k)
This is the US only, this model at this point doesn't work in the UK as stated
50 US sales team = $50 mil in sales and $40 mil in gross revenue
100 US sales team = $100 mil in sales and $80 mil in gross revenue
The US is basically 50 countries so its easy to see 2 sales in each state plus up to 10 in states like California and Florida
