If you were renting a house ( not mums basement ) would you spend a fortune building built in wardrobes or buy free standing ones that u can take to ur next house when the landlord gives u a few weeks notice?
We won’t be getting notice from a landlord because we OWN it.

Not to mention the fact that in 10-15 yrs it would have doubled in price. And with low interest rates the repayments would be cheaper than rent. Rent goes up, mortgages go down. Need more??
