Hi guys, just been doing some research and looking to invest in Straker these are the things I like.
- founder lead - 14% ownership - humble ceo/founder who has bootstrapped in the past so not frivolous with capital. - board 20% ownership overall. - Liquid. enough cash for a few years if no accusations. - close to profitable but choosing high growth. - addressable market is growing. - ok profit margins should increase with scale. - RAY IP(?)
things I'm unsure about and would love some feed back if anyone has the answers. -has anyone used the RAY software? is it any good? is it anything different then already exists on the market? - The clients pay per word translated and the have a high number of repeat customers but is the model a SAAS model? where they pay a membership or is it lots of repeat 1 off contracts?
hopefully someone from here is within the industry and can give some feed back as I'm finding it really hard to research the actual main product itself. I like the company structure, direction and space but would love some feedback on the product. positive or negative..
