Wish I had better access to the street, be interesting how the zero-coupon convertible notes (well above present price) are received after these results. We are in a world of stupid debt pricing thanks to idiot central banks, but these figures would cause the debt markets concerns.

I'm not sure that this "miss" is the issue you're making it out to be.

Assuming they're honest, most of this loss is due to the higher valuation of Clearpay in the UK, making the put option held by ThinkSmart (holding 10% of the UK business) more valuable. It's not clear what's happening here just yet, but this shouldn't be any kind of long-term issue.

Not sure if anyone else has any information on this?
