Well i did notice Williams exit his chairman seat (unusual compared to his other IPOs _Poly Novo_Rate My Agent). I also noticed some seriously brutal raising terms and fees prior to listing. I'd say he's already got his money back from the original investment in fees alone.
To me, this IPO looks more like an exit strategy for the poor old soles who invested years ago.
Dress it up - make it sound like aconex - and float the turd out to sea.
