Plenty of cash at hand as well (despite the debt but that's easily repayable with this amount of revenue).

Seems as though they are still actively pursuing other opportunities as well. Personally I would love to see them purchase a business from another new state all together (or another relevant business in SA), to grow the geographical footprint of the business. To me that seems like the "easiest" way to increase cross-selling potential and overall expansion.

Purchase, integrate, cross-sell, repeat.

They're still ticking boxes for me, numbers increasing that we like to see (revenue, active users etc), numbers decreasing we dont like. Win, win
