According to this announcement they have not started cross selling yet. At least not actively, perhaps there has been some passive cross selling though.
I believe the increase in gross profit margin is mostly due to the MNF acquisition. MNF direct business had a 64% gross profit margin in 2020 calendar year. This shows how accretive the acquistion has been.
