As others stated supply issue , I had a very high end gaming computer worth $6K , then the step down transformer malfunctioned , , replaced that then the fan for the CPU caused issues , took one month to get the computer repaired by a mate , as unable to get parts , , and all were lower quality ended up with mainly second hand parts and a slower desk top , due to availability imagine trying to run a business importing the hardware (or software) currently ?
Personally think DDR have done really well for their customers considering
