So, do they issue 1/2 to 1billion shares to raise $5-$10million or do a share consolidation beforehand?
I only raise this as an additional consideration to the well-made points above. Clearly the company will need to raise more capital to survive any kind of growth period and either way existing shareholders will be diluted to some extent or other. I can't see them raising debt at this point.
So, do they issue 1/2 to 1billion shares to raise $5-$10million...
