Just received in the mail today correspondence from the company via Link Market Services. Not sure if other holders have received it (yet) but I was pleasantly surprised (if it comes to fruition). Here is the first paragraph.
"With reference to the prospectus released to the market by Peter Warren Automotive Holdings (ASX: PWR), PWR is pleased to advise that it expects to make a payment of a half-yearly dividend with respect to the six months ending 31 December 2021. Payment of any dividend remains subject to the determination of the PWR Board and will be announced to the market at that time.".
The next paragraphs basically asks you to provide/update your bank account direct credit and TFN details by the record date (if you haven't already done so), so that any dividend payment can be paid to you in the most cost effective manner.
Hopefully they do declare a dividend, especially as they are sending out this update/reminder.
