It is a worrying sign when a new CEO comes on board and loads the organisation up with past work mates. So...in an open market search for some crucial high level roles, these were the very best people available!!! Statistically amazing that all these exceptional people used to work together previously. (I wonder what it took to get them to leave their previous employ?)
History unfortunately will show you that the winners from such an event are the new 'group' - with their incentives, bonuses and share issues! I hope I am proved wrong - but the speed with which this has added a $mil or thereabouts to the payroll - in these current Covid uncertain times has been gob-smacking!''
