This is an extract from the quarterly report which provides some context around the huge spend in that quarter.

"As the majority of Weebit’s yearly research and development costs are paid in November/December,
notable operating cash flow items during the quarter included R&D expenses of $11.7 million. Total
R&D payments for CY21 were $16.1 million."

Given this statement and the refund we can expect from the French government in the next six months, I would expect the cost for the second six months of the year to be significantly less than first and the runway of funds is a little longer than some might expect.
