I do agree that it "appears" to be a better stock on face value - if it isn't valued at 10c (or less) per share... leave that to mineral explorers and early stage development companies. We are at a producing profit and positive cashflow - hopefully further dilution should not be necessary - so seemed a logical thing to reduce the size of the registry.
