very low cash and huge debt. The margains are getting slimmer and the repayments must be killer. I remember talk not that long ago they were clearing it comfortably but after this report it doesn't look like that at all. 18m in borrowings for a 22m market cap. they are non-current but still there.

with the further delays to the cross selling they wont get the spike in revenue

if they plan on any more acquisitions they will need cash but they are very clearly struggling with acquisition integration. the customer reviews and delays are showing they are biting off more than they can chew
