That is exactly the point as to why Xero is struggling for market share in the US. Currently Xero has only 14.21% market share of US payrolls while in the same space Intuit Online Payroll has a 25% market share in the Tax Management category, while NetSuite has 22%. Combine this with the massive red flag of the sudden departure of the CEO and the result is a big market sell off. I think the share price has a way to fall yet.
