It will be interesting to see how it plays out.
At a MC of only 7 Billion USD, it would not be out of the realm of possibility that a takeover is possible instead of competing with Xero.
The advantage for Xero is being a first mover in the cloud side. The challenge is how do you move people onto the platform in North America. The big question is "if"?
It will be a fascinating challenge for the new CEO.
