I listen to the call and he was really adamant that there will be no acquisitions as he wants to lower the debt levels and doesnt want to raise capital at these levels. He noted that they have 10m worth of property from recent acquisitions. So i assume they are looking at selling these. They really do need to pay down some of the debt ASAP
