Same "train wreck" as DGL. Both were acquisition junkies - both will tighten their belts now.
I exited DGL near $3 but have held this and now sit on a significant paper loss.
I hope lessons have been learnt. Pay down debt in these times and grow the business organically before spreading your wings again.
