Is it just me or is the presentation of churn very misleading?
For something that is presented as so small (0.94%/month) and that has only increased 0.04% it has had a massive impact on the lifetime value per customer which has dropped by $630m this quarter (slide 17 of presentation) due to that 0.04% change in churn.
Would it be clearer to show churn on annual basis rather than a monthly basis?
