Gee, Martin can talk, like a threashing machine....is it a case of the more words, the less substantive content?
We need to see some results from their shift to using AI in their processes and for each client. This should start to bring the head count down. Or alternatively, this should allow PPL to do much more (and revenue) with the same level of staff expenses.
