No doubt they are being more active today due to the recent spike in shorts after SGR announced the second inquiry. these shares would have been purchased at around 42-45 cents. Todays announcement is a positive sign that the company is returning to profitability after all the significant write downs, It will be interesting to see the short data in 3-4 days time to see if they are starting to return their investment to limit their risk.
