Once the facts are established and clearly understood, and if they actually do provide indisputable evidence of incompetence or wrongdoing then, sure, it is appropriate for commensurate action to be taken. Until that time, the chorus and howls here are little more than an emotive lynch-mob baying for blood without the complete picture of what has actually transpired. Maybe we can find a couple of Witches to burn at the stake while we are at it!!
