Nice, great moral compass on display - you should go work for CIA. So someone is an asset until they are not, and you will happily burn them. For all we know, he or she could simply be someone who happens to live nearby or has a bloody good drone.
Almost better to be your enemy - at least I wouldn't have to wonder when the backstabbing is coming.
