Management should bare some pain as well not just shareholders! They have failed totally in communicating clearly to shareholders IMO on stuff they as professionals and with consultants have some idea in regards to timing and also reality of direct model and how budget constraints in hospitals will slow introduction and upgrade. Coris - arghhh .
PS Hope your health holds up and remember you have a short window to get back to your best possible case in regards to leg/ hip so keep at it well beyond what medicos say and increase flexibility and strength. On a positive note - Good news assuming you have a new hip joint that there is one joint you don't need to worry about arthritis in!!
