As you say the brine concentration will certainly be an issue and the South American brines are indisputably of higher concentration. However it's disappointing that we are putting the project on "ice" since if we are confident of improvement in the Lithium market it gives us time in which to do necessary testing of more resilient sorbents so that they provide Lithiumbank with the necessary technology to advance towards commercial production. IMO it's shows lack of confidence that this development work is not proceeding and that we will be "sitting on our hands" whilst the lithium market is in the doldrums. During the "doldrums" the Calgary pilot plant (and it's mothballing) will be just a lead weight on G2L's finances and once (and if) the market truns up eventually we will have lost our team which will need to then be re-constituted with further delays to commercial development (Archadium et al will be well ahead of us by that time)
