Could be worth buying if we see a decent washout, more than a few times I've made good bank on these "come clean" and recognition of failure moments, if you can research out a good underlying business and a committed, somewhat capable management team from amongst the noise and buy it at a great price, might be a play here. DGL cost me a small loss last year, so I'm weary but worth spending another day of research I reckon.
