The loss is very annoying. When it’s broken down into segments if the combined group is worth 120 mill Ojc seemed extremely overvalued at 60 million. Ojc had a 4 million revenue for 8 million loss vs natures one dairy 4 million revenue for 1 million profit. SPC 130 mill for 4 million loss. 12 million to combine the companies is an ouch. Am glad they mentioned inventory as keeping 130million inventory on hand seems outrageous. I’m not sure how much stock that is in supermarkets tho. With a bit of luck A bit of a ramp up with natures one, some results from the anti dumping of tomatoes and it could turn to profit.
25 million to save 5 million a year for Ojc and it would still be unprofitable ugh.
