Don't want to be pesimistic as I think is great to have, in the register, strong supporting investors like yourself but this may not be the right stock for you. I would encourage you to look into the FMCG segment and understand what should be the right GM% and EBITDA % that a company selling $200m should have. SPC, in my opinion , is (or was) a great brand but its product proposition is off the mark, cannot make it work. The financials are straight forward, this isn't a start-up, is a company with more than 100 years. The tomato tariff protection won't help the company, as it didn't make a difference when the tariff was in place in the past.
