So SLC is down, but it's not out.
For now, we maintain a buy-up-to of $1.35, although we may adjust this.
The thing with SLC is that we’re waiting to see what’s in the half yearly due out on the 23rdof this month.
This is a potentially massive company given their extensive assets and the capital expenditure (capex) they’ve ploughed into their network.
They are signing people up to their Home Broadband service at a great clip, up 64% YoY.
New fibre sales are up 46% YoY as well.
Growth numbers like this would swell the market cap of just about any company except for SLC.
What’s holding them back?
Well, it’s not their cash flow, check this out:

They managed to achieve operating cash flow positive status this calendar year, aswe flagged way back in the day.
In our view SLC’s time is fast approaching and it remains a BUY.
Its guidance in this presentation lays out a guidance EBIDTA of $18–20 million.
We’re hoping SLC beats that guidance on the 23rd!
