There’s a page in the presentation addressing overheads and they say $20.5M is attributable to PCSIL.
I took the actual revenue and gross profit figures and backed-out the figures provided for these measures at PCSIL to get a look at the underlying biz.
Yes, it has deteriorated a lot since pre-covid. That’s because they got so distracted trying to integrate the acquisitions, rather than focus on what actually made money. That’s part of the appeal here - if they can regain focus on the core biz AND the float earns a reasonable return then you’re looking at a strong cash generator.
